"I went to see Sam when I pulled my lower back-- she had a lot of info on what likely happened, helped relax and re-align some of the muscles that were tense and also provided stretches to help prevent this in the future. Sam did a great job, would recommend anyone come here."

"I took my daughter (13) to see Dr. Sam for her volleyball arm swing assessment. It was such a great and helpful experience. She spent 1:1 time with her collecting data such as the degree of range of motion in both shoulders, strength of both shoulders and well as core strength. She was able to identify instabilities in her hitting arm. Sam worked with her on the mechanics of her swing to help with power in hitting along with the longevity and health of her shoulder. She provided stretches and exercises that are easy to do on her own at home or in the gym. My daughter left feeling more confident and excited to put these techniques to use. Not only did did Sam help pinpoint the areas that she can work on, she was also encouraging on the areas she’s doing well in. Her positive and compassionate nature made my daughter feel comfortable and confident."

"Sam is the best there is for training to prevent, and also helping to fix ongoing issues for volleyball athletes. She’s knowledgeable, relatable and knows first hand how to treat an athlete. Our daughter is an outside hitter and got to a point where she couldn’t lift her arm due to shoulder pain. Sam helped her find a long term solution, directed her on where to build strength and got her back to practice in a matter of a few weeks."

"I can thank Dr. Sam enough!!!! She took me from 30% mobility, probably less actually to 90%. I had a hip injury stepping down stairs holding a laundry basket, been battling my hip for 2 years. There were exercises she had me do where I couldn’t even lift my leg in a seated position and now can lift it. She got my brain to activate the correct muscles in the proper movement, instead of compensating which was causing back pain and knee pain. She is an excellent listener, empathetic, compassionate, while at the same time pushing you to get where you want. My upcoming goal is to get back into Spartan races, deadlifting and growing my butt by 2 inches☺️"

"After many failed attempts with orthopedic doctors and physical therapists we were fortunate enough to find Sam. She truly is amazing! My daughter says Sam knows her body better than she does. Sam has worked through knee, shoulder and back issues with my daughter who is leaving in January to play D1 volleyball. Not only is she the most knowledgeable person we’ve met on a volleyball players body and needs but she’s also concerned about mental well being.
