"I know how busy and CRAZY endocrinology offices are. They are booked up for MONTHS. But these ladies are amazing! The front desk calls within 24 hours and even text you! Dr Rahmans assistant juggles so much in her schedule but always calls to let you know she did what you asked of her. These ladies really do their jobs with grace even though they are constantly yelled at."

"I like the doctor however you will not be able to get the staff to return messages. You can call 10 times a day and never speak to a person or get a return call. You have to drive there and go in to ask any questions. Also if they say they will do something they will not you need to follow up with them...in person of course."

"Dr. Rahman is great, however, that doesn't do anybody any good if you can't get through to him. The office staff haven't returned messages or answered any calls for about three months now, and I'm not exaggerating when I say that I have called at least 75 times by now, and left about 20 messages. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to move on. :("

"New medical assistant Amy is TERRIBLE. She yelled at me on the phone for calling and emailing to have an MRI faxed and asking about blood work. Will not be returning. Made me feel uncomfortable."

"Horrible practice. I saw Doctor Rahman for five years until one day I just said enough I am firing you as my endocrinologist, after I waited four solid weeks for test results. Important, life altering test results. While he has the potential to be a great physician, he is never on time for an appointment and rarely makes his own phone calls with test results, if at all it is never in a timely fashion. His staff is so terrible, the most unprofessional, rude, disorganized medical group I have ever encountered. The doctors took over a floor of an office building and put zero dollars into renovation to make it a medical office. They clearly spend little on their staff and office environment. I could go on forever about the bad experiences I have had at this office and with this staff."
