"I was never able to get ahold of anyone. I needed medication refilled and had called a week in advance and was always sent to voicemail. No emails were responded to and was never called back. Going without my medication causes serious withdrawals and we ended up showing up to the office and having a different Dr. that I was never a patient of, reach out to my therapist to tell her I needed a refill urgently. Poor dude was so confused seeing us in the waiting room right before they closed. Really appreciate him though. I give 2 stars because they were at least nice when I was actually able to get ahold of them. I really don’t like leaving bad reviews, but solely because I had such an issue getting my medication refilled, I feel others should know about it since they could have worse withdrawals than I would’ve had."

"Worst experience ever! I asked the receptionist about a bill I received and she was clearly aggravated with my inquiries and lack of understanding to her explanation. After this call, I received a notice from their office that I behaved inappropriately, and they would no longer be able to see me (mind blown). The receptionist was the one who got mad and raised her voice. No one from the office Mgmt contacted me to asked what happened they just black balled me on the word of their lying receptionist. I have already hired a lawyer about this slander and am disputing the last claim with my insurance provider. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. Dr.'s working there, get a new office staff."

"The office staff is extremely rude, condescending and lacked any professionalism. When I asked a question about a term the receptionist used she laughed at my question as if it was dumbest thing she’d ever heard. She then proceeded to raise her voice, speak over me and obviously get frustrated at my confusion. I calmly said she did not need to be rude and I was just trying to understand the invoice. Oh and good luck ever reaching someone when you call there. The office staff there must hate their jobs because they are obviously miserable."

"Absolutely awesome! The staff is very helpful and most of all they are incredibly caring! Lindsey worked with me to make sure I was able to say YES to myself taking care of me, rather than letting my own obstacles allow me to take the easy route of saying no to sessions. I have felt progress every single step of the way from the very first session I took part in. Not to mention that we are currently in such unknown times with COVID and they have still been able to help me quickly and with such quality. I would recommend this office to anyone!"

"Worst experience with a Doctor EVER! They NEVER return my calls. I always have the hardest time getting a refill on my medications. I even had my doctor give me the number to her other location , and she still never returns my calls. Taylor at the front desk is awful. Not welcoming at all, and whenever I speak with her on the phone (whenever she feels like answering, which is rarely) she is very rude. The manger of the building is no help either. My therapist personally left a voicemail for him, and he did not follow up. Fox Bend really needs there license taken away. I would love to call someone hirer up to discuss how awful this has been. You would think dealing with patients with mental health issues they would be on top of it... what I have experience is straight up patient neglect."
