"Billed the wrong insurance even though I clearly explained to them that I was referred by the Hines Veterans’ hospital community care. I have attempted 3 times to get this corrected only to be told that they would look into it and get back to me and no progress has been made. I am still waiting for a phone call, they managed to bill the wrong insurance within days, but weeks have gone by without any resolution. They make empty apologies and they don’t keep their promises. I’m a service connected disabled veteran and they are treating me like I am uninsured. I have a secondary insurance and I clearly explained that they were to bill the veterans community care and yet they didn’t bother to do their jobs right. I thought private healthcare was better than government healthcare but it turns out they are just as lazy and incompetent. Shame on you for how you treat your veterans! BTW they deleted my first review after asking me to send them an email, which I did and they responded by saying that someone would call me in a couple days. I just so happen to notice that they deleted my posted review."

"On 09-26-2022 I have taken my sick chilled to Edwards health in Oswego. Once we have arrived we checked in and sat down. We waited to be called in but 3 other people that have entered after us have been called in before us. Once I spoke up we were called in right away. The nurse manager came in and told me I was a lier and only one patient came in and kept saying if I want to refuse service multiple times. This person wanted to me and my child to leave and not get service. Even though my child was sick and was prescribed medicine to get batter. .( the manger on duty today should be removed from the position asap before she sands someone out that needs medical attention and dies !"

"I've been a patient of Edward-Elmhurst Health since we moved into the area over 15 years ago. I've always found the staff and facilities to be exceptional whether you go to the immediate care center in Plainfield, or Edwards hospital in Naperville. It's no different with the Oswego location. They were a little busy and understaffed, but they went out of their way to let me know what was going on and how long I would need to wait, which is what made all the difference. The tech I worked with was very nice, personable, and professional. After apologizing profusely for making me wait, she was quick and efficient and got me out of there within a reasonable amount of time. Yes, I had to wait a little longer, but honestly, I didn't really mind because they recognized I was waiting and were very thoughtful and considerate about keeping me informed. I appreciated that they respected my time enough to do that. Because honestly, most doctors' offices don't really care if you're sitting there waiting. Would strongly recommend the Oswego facility and staff!"
