"Actually went into an Arby's and sat and ate!! Hmmm. I haven't been in one in a while so I thought I would give it a try!! The ladies here are absolutely amazing and made the experience worth it!! The food was good but the 3 ladies that were there the day I went were worth the trip. I believe one was Kenzie and one was Wafa (maybe) they are worth the trip in. They at least appear to be having a great time serving customers and that makes an ordinary Arby's extraordinary!"
"Got into an in-depth convo on how Beef and Chedder sucks without red ranch sauce. He assured me it now comes with it again. I even asked for extra on the side. Got home, none on the sandwich or on the side. Called to complain. Their excuse? We're only human. We make mistakes. Ugh"
"It's impressive for a place to be this empty all the time and also this slow. You have eleven customers all day, so ten minutes for a pick up order that was placed fifteen minutes before showing up is pretty weak."
"How in the hell does a Arby’s run out of Arby sauce, we order our food and of course they don’t have available 3 items that we ordered. Then at the window the lady tells us they don’t have anymore arby sauce and wouldn’t refund our order. The only reason I choose Arby’s over lions choice is the Arby sauce. All around just a pathetic Arby’s location and poorly run."
"After waiting several minutes at the drive-thru speaker(was told to please hold), my order was taken. As you can see on the receipt, I tried to order French Dip with dbl meat. Since they only had 6oz meat left instead of the needed 8oz, they chose not to sell the 6oz at a discounted rate and just sell a 4oz sandwich. Why not sell me the 2oz at half the cost of dbl meat? I asked and was told ‘no’. Saving meat for the next day? Does Arby’s have any 2oz roast beef options in which they could have sold the product tonight? Unless there’s an explanation, that’s a missed opportunity to sell more and have full customer satisfaction-neither happened."
