"Last year, I was up late at night and couldn't sleep. I decided it was time to get back into the gym and started doing Google searches for gyms. In my search, I came across Abba Fitness and immediately fell in love with what I was reading from the website. I messaged Coach Ramiro (the owner) and made an appointment to meet. We discussed not only my fitness goals, but my healthy eating goals. Coach Ramiro, also shared with me fast healthy recipes to help me meet my goals. It was nice to see how passionate Coach Ramiro was in not only helping me meet my fitness goals, but helping me make better food choices in eating. He also, gives Nutrition Classes so you can have a better understanding on what you need to do to be the best healthy version of yourself. I have now been attending Abba Fitness for about a year. Now, I've joined the Women's Strength Class of Saturday Mornings with Sunny. He really helps you work on your form and build your muscular strength. If you want results, you should join. Now, the choice is yours. How badly do you want it?!"
