Reviews
"They should do better by their tenents, be more helpful, and have a review of standards as has it goes to hud quality"
"Better than living in your car but more bedbugs. Maintanence guys (especially Sam) are top notch. Take pictures of the condition of your apartment because management will try to stiff you.The police are crooks so steer clear if at all possible. Did I say hannihell sucks? It does."
"Friendly and well spoken."
"Mixed feelings here there are those here that do help but for the most part ran by elitist who still hide behind the law. But people who are racist against poor people should not ever work for a place who's job it is to help poor people. Yet its another family ran elitist place in hannibal. You can definitely get a feel for hannibal and its families the rich ones run and own Hannibal and the poor gets mocked and humiliated by them Dailey. My grandma had just been rushed to the hospital we needed her portal air tank from her room the ambulance drivers took my grandmas purse no keys. We needed in and when asked for help we were told politely to go f ourselves that he didn't have to do anything. When we complained about said inccident the guys boss was more rude and a bigger jerk than his employee and his worker stood there smiling thru it all. We did finally get her stuff and get her out we r doing good now."
