"I brought my daughter in this morning since this was the only place open in town on a Monday. I explained she had been having a fever with no other symptoms and she needed to be seen. They told me they were not seeing new patients and gave me a number to call for an office in Salado. I called that number and they don't see patients under 14. I asked the front desk if there was anywhere else they'd recommend since they are the only office open today, they said no. There were no appointments there, and the doctor wasn't seeing any other patients in the back. They could have easily seen my daughter to see why she was having a fever, but they refused. I guess the Hippocratic Oath that every physician must take means turning away sick patients. I would not recommend this office due to their poor "bedside manner" and their lack of assistance. I would give this office and staff zero stars, if that were possible."

"I went almost 20 years avoiding every Drs offices if I could help it and never liked the handful I visited because I never trusted them or the way they presented themselves. The last few years I have tried two offices, Dr. Allen being one of them. Was not a huge fan of the other (different city). Dr. Allen was absolutely wonderful within the first minute of the first appt/meeting her and I have seen her a handful of times since then. I will continue to go back to her from here on out. She is someone who actually talks TO you instead of AT you and I feel as if she genuinely cares and listens to her patients and what you have to say or discuss. Her and her staff have been amazing and I would recommend her office to anyone if asked. I can not say enough good things about her office."
