Patients with work-related injuries who arrive without pre-approval or after 4:30 p.m. or on Saturdays may be asked to self-pay, with a refund issued upon payment from the worker's compensation or commercial carrier. Walk-in customers after 5:00 p.m. or on Saturdays may be asked to pay a retainer fee if insurance benefits cannot be verified, which will be applied to co-pays and service charges after verification.
