"I just started with them and I am already in love! For my first pregnancy I went to a regular OB and now I switched to a midwife. The difference between the way that the entire staff treats you is crazy. My first day here, felt like I’ve been with Glenda and her crew for forever. My sister came to her for mostly all her pregnancies and told me I needed to go with her this time. Best decision!"

"I love Glenda and can’t wait to have a natural birth...but I’m literally harassed about my bills as soon as I check in. I was a new patient and had one visit and my very next visit I had someone ask me about my valence, which I had previously paid. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional. I’ve never had a doctor’s office staff member ask me for payment information before. I’ve also waited an hour to be seen...and then the appt lasts 5 minutes and by that time I’m so annoyed I don’t ask all the questions I want to ask because I just can’t wait to leave. On my last visit, I even had a non-medical staff member enter my room while I was laying on the table so she could ask me about my payment! It turns out they lost my check so I had to issue a stop payment and write a new one. Again, the office staff is completely unprofessional and the wait times are extremely long. I do love Glenda herself and wish I could use her at a different practice."

"I have visited this office multiple times and am completely dissatisfied with their customer service. I arrive 15 minutes early for my appointments and have waited for over an hour multiple times to be seen. One one occasion, I came in for an annual and they told me they had no record of my appointment and that the computer makes mistakes like that sometimes. In the next conversation, another employee changed their story and tried to simply say there was no record of my call and I must be mistaken. Of course, there was no remorse for my time wasted or compensation toward my next copay. I had to take off work but do they care about that? Not at all. The nearest they could schedule Me was at least two weeks later. Additionally, they provide no information about only accepting cash or check until you actually arrive at the office. In my most recent visit I again had to wait close to an hour to be seen and watched two people that arrived after me be seen first. This will be my last visit. Fortunately the best person that works there, Heather Piper, will no longer be with them for much longer either."
