"The Brannick Clinic is incredible! My family and I have been coming here for years. I see Dr. George (Georganna Stadjuhar) regularly for general wellness and specifically to reduce stress and headaches. She put me on a supplement regime and gave me regular trigger point therapy (to release head/upper body tension) and hydro therapy (to reset my nervous system). I used to have headaches weekly and get sick almost every month, but being under Dr. George’s care for the last year and a half has really helped me stay healthy & prevent these ailments. Her kind, relatable, & outgoing personality make me look forward to my appointments! Thank you Dr. George!!!"

"Quite happy with the supplement and diet recommendations I received from Stacy Lechner - however that is where my satisfaction ends. One thing I noticed during the initial exam is that the exam room was not exactly clean. To this point, I had blood drawn as I did not know my blood type and blood drops on the table were not cleaned until they were partially dry and only wiped with an already used dry tissue - no alcohol at all. But my real issue with them is their predatory billing practices. I returned for a hydrotherapy session and was required to pay the entire amount at the time of service (as I had not yet met my deductible) - which, in principle, I am ok with, however the amount charged was higher than the contracted rate with BCBS. Meaning they forced a client to have negative cashflow, instead of the clinic (businesses are typically in a much better cashflow position than individuals). And while I have no proof of any wrongdoing, who knows what happens to that extra money when client's are not aware of it. I was also hung up on when speaking with a staff member during my attempt to get my refund. I also found it interesting that they billed BCBS more than what they bill clients (with or without BCBS insurance)."

"My wife went here once and on her way out, they wanted her to pay her bill in full. She told them we have a copay of $45 and they said that's not showing up. She showed them the insurance card and they insisted that it wasn't accurate at that she needed to pay the whole bill. She said she won't because she should just pay the copay. They then told her if that is accurate, then she can pay the full amount and they will send it to our insurance again and reimburse us the difference. So she paid, they submitted it to our insurance, our insurance PAID THEM WHAT WE ALREADY PAID and then they never reimbursed us even though I tried to get them to multiple times. They are scam artists. Stay away from this place."
