"We've come to the clinic since my son is in Kindergarten. My son is almost 13 years old and they have been kind and taken care of him well. He's grown big and healthy. The clinic is so affordable but people who visit the clinic would get so much more than what they pay for."

"It's a shame that the front desk receptionists are not providing exceptional service compared to the doctors working there. It's usually a 50/50 with the help but on the last visit, i received extremely bad service that I believe was racially motivated. These types of people should not be working with the public !"

"If you are looking for a new pcp, beware. The providers are all great but unfortunately this clinic is not. They tell you to get there 15 min early which is fine, but if there is a line and you wait past your appointment time they will no longer take you. People take days off of work for these appointments only to be turned away because it took the receptionist hours to check everyone in. Sad that we have to switch from the great providers they have to a different clinic due to these constant problems. Everyone I know that comes or came here has left due to such situation. The Elgin location and their receptionist are much better. I will gladly drive the extra 30 min."

"I have been taking my mom to this clinic for a year, and we usually see different doctors there. The care is ok, but the customer service and receptionist sevice is terrible. Today, we had an appointment at 12, but we were a few minutes, not even 5 mins late due to traffic and other medical things going on in life. The receptionist refused to check us in and told us that we had to wait as walk-ins. She did not care that my mom was hospitalized twice for three days in the last 1.5 weeks. She said that their policy was more important than my mom’s health or pain. I tried to explain our situation and call the office coordinator, but no one listened or called me back. We ended up waiting for more than an hour, and my mom’s condition worsened. We might have to go to the emergency room again. I was very disappointed and angry with their cold and insensitive attitude. They did not apologize or offer any explanation for their behavior. They did not treat us like human beings, but like numbers. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone who values their health and dignity. They do not care about their patients or their well-being. They only care about their rules and money. I give them one star because I cannot give them zero."

"Shortly “they will make you cry and they will be smiling watching at you”. I was visiting the clinic as regular patient maybe for the 10th time and this time I came for an important check with a newborn baby. We came exactly in time but received a reject for a visit as we didn’t come 15 minutes in advance to “sign in”. Just for your understanding, this sign in takes 45 seconds in case you are not a newcomer. Argumentation was that “this is our rule”. It took us 2 hours to prepare for this visit and to come. No excuses, even for a 10-days newborn, go home and come back next time…"
