"My wife called in to this office since her insurance requires a referral from one of their “approved” doctors in order to see her normal doctor. The amount of red tape and hoops she has to jump through with the insurance company doesn’t surprise me. However, the way the nurse who answers the phones speaks to potential patient is mind blowing! She did nothing but talk down and belittle my wife the entire phone call. I listened to everything over speaker phone and I’ve never heard anyone be so rude over the phone. Mind blowing! If I spoke to customers like that I’d be out of business. There are plenty of other doctor’s offices… go elsewhere."

"Dr Fisher has been my dr for years and I love her as a person and a dr. However, my husband and I have not been able to reach her or her office since Covid. They don’t return calls, they don’t return messages we have entered online in our charts, we can’t speak to the local office anymore. BSW is the worst now and we will be going elsewhere. It’s really sad because I liked having Dr Fisher as my dr. We are also filing a complaint with the state medical board."

"Terrible experience with this doctor. She tends to leave the room unexpectedly, once leaving to attend another patient after me without signing my prescription orders. Staff was no help, had to wait until she finished with that patient to get my order signed so I could leave! Also I had blood work done and the results were sent to her. She messaged me the level but never posted a copy of my results for me to see in my chart. My medication dosage depends on my blood levels so that was very sketchy. After calling many times asking for the results I had to report the office. She never gave them to me. And forget trying to get an appointment for a serious issue. I developed a uti and called the office multiple times over several days to get in. I didn't even get a single reply!!! Absolutely unacceptable. I ended up having to go to a walk in emergency clinic! Of course the doctor there couldn't believe I wasn't able to get into my primary care doctor for it. Stay far away from this office, absolutely horrendous nonexistent patient care!"

"You're in for a pleasant experience with Dr. Fisher she will treat you with care and concern and she follows up on matters in a very effective way, just what you'd hoped for. However she has a bad habit of leaving her patient examining room without telling you that she's coming back so you and the patient was left sitting there wondering what's happening? What am I supposed to be doing? Left sitting in a daze pondering the future of the universe, or whatever comes to mind , This happened to me already on three OK Asians so I'm pretty sure this is her modus operandi. Otherwise she's a wonderful doctor and a very nice lady"
