"The office staff is absolutely amazing. They are so caring, and always go the extra mile. It's across the board from the doctors, to the nurses, down to the office staff. My family and I, have been with this practice for 16+ years. Dr Cassels has been our doctor since she joined the practice many years ago. She has so much love and consideration for her patients and their families. She is so understanding and an empathic human being. She understands our life and our family dynamics as we navigate life with our third child who has a disability. I also just spoke with Bonnie( she's front of staff) who returned after being away for sometime. It just goes to show once you are with Dr Cassels and her practice, you become family, you will always come back. That's how we feel; like family!"

"The doctors at Austex are wonderful. Both of my children have gone here since birth. We routinely see Dr. Cassels, but have seen Dr. Glazener when something else, on our end or theirs, came up and have had nothing but positive experiences. Dr. Cassels is extremely knowledgeable, very detailed when giving medical advice, and so patient. Without Dr. Cassels guidance and support I would have given up on nursing my son. We have had some billing related issues, but those issues were caused by issues on the end of our insurance company, and Austex allowed us the time needed to resolve them. The biggest "complaint" I have is that we were never advised how to set up the portal or add our children. Better direction for new parents, patients, and newborns (even when a sibling is already a patient) would be helpful since it is a very useful tool once activated."

Dr. Glazener is a very compassionate and concerned doctor as well and we are comfortable seeing all the doctors there. Nurse Barbara goes the extra mile!"

"All the five stars belong to Dr. Burns. She is very helpful and patiently replies to all your questions and concerns. Our newborn son had trouble drinking his milk. Dr. Burns figured that he has silent reflux and helped us to get rid of it. Also she noticed a tightness in his neck which could have become a problem in the future but now hopefully it is treatable with physical therapy. She is a wonderful person and a great doctor."

"I literally left this office an hour ago and couldn't wait to write this review. Dr. Glazener was beyond wonderful. My 18 month old daughter is terrified of doctors, the sight of a stethoscope draws immediate tears. He not only was gentle, slow, and caring, he acted out everything he was going to do on her, on a rabbit he had in the office. Then he also did that to her unicorn that we brought with us. I am happy to report there were no tears (shots were another story but what kid doesn't cry at those). Aside from how he was with her, he gave us meaningful, applicable advice and offered real world suggestions. We just switched to Dr. Glazener and are so happy with our decision to leave our previous pediatrician because the level of care is night and day different."
