"The doctor is great but his staff are terrible! I had a 10:30 appt and at 11:15 I was told I was next. At 11:35 they called back a patient who had a 10:30 appt but arrived 15 minutes after me. I finally left after waiting an hour and 20 minutes without even making it back to the exam room where I'm sure I would have had another wait!!! I saw many of the staff standing around chatting. While I was waiting two different parent came out and and said "You're still waiting?" The office staff aren't very friendly either!!!! I love Dr. Lopez but will NOT returning. This is not our first bad experience either!"
