"Worse service ever. Office associates are as bad as their obesity. Fired on the spot. Also attempted to steal 175 dollars. The dentist is a joke as well. Hopefully justice will find them."

"So impressed & happy I chose this practice! I was referred by a friend, who had beautiful dentures made here. (I thought they were her real teeth for years!!) I was hoping to get the rest of my teeth extracted & have immediate dentures placed while on a 12 week maternity leave. The receptionists worked me in for 3 appointments (consult, molds, and surgery) all within the 12 weeks! The receptionists have all been very kind & helpful with insurance questions! The dentist performed the surgery quickly & without much pain. I’ve had plenty of teeth pulled by other dentists, and he was more gentle than most. My top immediate denture is beautiful & fits nicely. Unfortunately, the bottom denture didn’t fit, but the dental assistant let me know that they will remake a bottom denture for me as soon as my swelling goes down. I’m looking forward to having them make my permanent dentures in 6-8 months, as I trust them to do a beautiful job & make the needed adjustments to ensure I’m happy & comfortable. Side note - I called this morning because my husband needs a tooth extraction. The receptionist asked “is he in pain?” I said yes. She then said “We could see him now?” As someone who has waited in pain for days for an emergency tooth extraction, I was so impressed that they cared enough to offer to squeeze him in immediately. I will be referring everyone to Marion Dentures & Dental for years to come! **Photo of immediate dentures just a couple days after surgery!**"

"Such a disappointment after waiting a month to get my mother-in-law into Marion Dentures and Dental. She needed dental care badly and the office is not ADA compliant. Therefore, they could not accommodate her wheelchair. How awful to be denied service because their doors were not wide enough. It would also have helped if the office manager was compassionate at all. Not even a back door entrance could accommodate her. Also she asked the doctor to come to the waiting room & the doctor wouldn't even come to out to meet her. So. Beware. It took a lot of effort and coordination to get her there from the nursing home all for this disappointing result. Now she will have to wait at least another month to get in somewhere else. Even with excellent insurance, she get help for such a stupid reason- non-ADA Size doors!"

"Got in at the last minute on an emergency visit. The dentist was so nice, the staff was super patient and kind. My bad tooth was out in no time as well as a wisdom tooth that had erupted! I HIGHLY recommend Marion denture and dental to everyone!"
