"What a great experience! My wife and I celebrated her birthday present while enjoying great food, prepared by us, with help from the chef, in a fun learning environment. The attention to safe food handling and cleanliness was noticed and appreciated. Guests can purchase wine, beer, soda, or water. Our meal, Spanish La Cena, was fantastic! Our only very minor concern was having to park across the street and make our way across four lanes of Palatine Rd. in the dark. We will definitely return for another meal making experience. Thank you for a wonderful night!"
"It was fine. The shared recipe experience was very beginner-friendly and the recipes are very safe (in that they would be difficult to screw up). Likewise, the finished product can come off a little one-note. I did not appreciate the authentic "the chef makes jokes at my expense in front of my team" experience which is now what I'm left with but I'm a grown up. I'm sure they'll be fine without my enthusiastic support. I just may have something to say should this possibility come up as a potential leadership experience."
"We had a wonderful experience! I highly recommend trying this. The staff was courteous and attentive. The chef Lucio was very personable; he provided excellent explanations and commentary. He was very helpful with all the questions that we had. 4 people per counter share in preparing and cooking the dishes (there are 4 counters with 4 people/ea. in the space). So this would be great for 2 couples to go together. We made Szechwan Beef, stir fried vegetables and pot stickers. The food turned out delicious and there was plenty for everyone. The gift shop was very nice as well. We will be back to try other classes in the future."
