"My 5 kids have been here since newborns. My oldest is 14 and for some reason the service has been getting worse and worse for the past 3 years ever since COVID. If you want to get seen you have to schedule 1 week in advanced since they never have appointments available. The front desk is a mess losing referrals and not having patience with ones concerns trying to hang up the call or leave you waiting. MA’s in the back seem like they have no experience with knowing how to give injections and medicine in the mouth to children. The oldest MA in the back seems to have left the office but she was great. Dr. Aldo is an outstanding doctor but he needs to retrain the office management. I feel so hopeless trying to look for another Pediatrician office around Pasadena area."

"Normally I'm ok with this office because my kids have been coming here since they were born and my oldest is 18 but today I'm do disappointed because my daughter is sick and they are her primary care provider and I was told they have no appointments till next week they not taking walk ins I would have to take her somewhere else. Please tell me why and where would I take her if she's only been here since birth and now she's 13 so now I have to find another doctor see if they take her insurance or go to the emergency room and sit up in there for hours with a sick child for something that I can take her to her pediatrician for she probably has the flu but I have to wait in the er to find out because what offices are just accepting new patients."

"My son is a patient since birth here with no vaccines. Now I try to get my daughter here for a new patient checkup and they don’t want to accept her because she has no vaccines. After covid a lot of clinics are not accepting kids without vaccines. Can’t believe this is becoming the new “normal”. I been going clinic to clinic and they required vaccines. Any recommendations for a good clinic who accepts no vaccinate kids around Houston or Galveston?"

"Gave this place many opportunities. I tried to be understanding & patient but the staff has made sure this place is one of the worst places to take your children to. It’s like their motto is “quantity over quality”. Front desk is always “busy” but conversating amongst eachother about the most inappropriate stuff. They put you on a neverending hold every single time. Hippa regulations are constantly violated as they’re not supposed to call out pt by full name, amongst other things. What office is not able to send fax school excuses? As hippa regulation states, as long as they have a private fax machine & a cover sheet to protect information, they’re supposed to abide by it. That is just laziness at it’s best! But wtv. My daughter was referred for a newborn screening test at her 1 m. Check-up. They referred me to the formerly known, Bayshore. I asked them kindly if they could refer me somewhere where they only saw children bc of covid going on, I didn’t want to expose her to all the adults that were in the waiting area as she was a preemie & high risk. (mind you I called Bayshore and asked if I could wait in my car & they said no) . I asked the staff nicely for another referral bc everywhere else, they required a referral. They declined to & would not work with me on another option. Everyone here except the lovely female doctor could care less. It’s like as if we need to beg to be treated somewhat ok, if even that. Not sure the name of the female doctor that has seen my son because she was very detailed & caring, but if I was her, I would run FAR away from this office. I ended up switching my children, definitely would not recommend!"

"I cannot ever get them to answer my calls, so it's hard to schedule an appointment. The person who answers the phone is a bit rude and seems to not want to be there. The nurses are meh. They don't really speak much, and seem uninterested. Switching doctor soon. The doctor I really like wouldn't my child until he turned a year old. He is now 9 months and we're going to this pediatrics place one last time today."
