"The Phlebotomists who refers as her self as “D” when I asked her name. (With brown curly hair ) was very Rude and unprofessional. She asked me for my paperwork with Mayo in her mouth and food on her other hand. Once in the lab room she removed the needle and didn’t let me know she was finished, when I asked she proceed to tell me “ if I wasn’t done I wouldn’t of taken out the needle.” I was already nervous about getting blood work done and she only made the process much worse for me."
"A man in the lab was aggressive and demanding while yelling. He did not maintain 6 feet from me and rushed towards me demanding me to “check out” while I was waiting for my spouse. The facility is incredibly outdated as well. Looks unsanitary and very old. Thankful I will never have to return here."
