"I met with attorney Jay B Howd concerning filing a bankruptcy case. I didn’t find him to be very helpful at all He was rushing me and didn’t have time to answer my questions. I found him to be very unconcerned and arrogant. He didn’t act like he cared whether he had your business or not. Like it was just a matter of fact think and not really anything that required much discussion. He finally told me that I had ran 10 minutes over my appointment and would have to schedule another appointment for any more questions as if it was just a cut and dried matter of facts sort of thing. Well he had me in tears and a nervous wreck when I left his office so I did make a return appointment date but when I got in the car with my Mom as we left I said to her I’m not ever going back there again I will find someone else. I looked online and found another attorney and he was getting ready to retire and he recommended Brad Olson and I made an appointment with him and that appointment was like the difference between night and day. I would NOT recommend Jay B Howd to anyone to go to. He doesn’t have a caring bone in his body!!! He did nothing but give me a horrible panic attack!!!"
