9Round Kickboxing Fitness

"I've never been consistent with working out because I would get so easily bored... but, luckily I was able to find an engaging workout here! Each day consists of nine rounds that changes up each day, with kickboxing, weighttraining, cario, and more. The trainers are so positive, encouraging, patient, and helps anyone of any skill level to grow and improve. Each round is thoroughly explained and if you need any extra support or modifications to an exercise, the trainers are there to help! Bonus: The atmosphere is not so serious or intimidating. That definitely helps if you are a beginner or if athletics is not your forte (like me). Also, I like the flexibility of when I can come in, as long as I complete 30 minutes working out. I would highly recommend giving this workout and place a try. Once you see those gains and results, you can't help but continue!"

"Comfortable atmosphere no matter your fitness level. I was very intimidated before I went but immediately felt comfortable and have now lost 60 lbs. A personal trainer is included with every session and the workouts are only 30 minutes. You can’t beat that kind of service and at such an affordable price too!"

They explain things thoroughly and make sure you are positioned correctly throughout your work out! I’m a busy working mom so I love how I can show up whenever and be done in 30 minutes.
