"This is a bad company! Unprofessional. Awful people. The worst."
"The shipping cost they charge is beyond astronomical and ridiculous. Shipping price is not shared with the buyer until AFTER the products ship. They claim that they choose the best shipping option for you meaning they do not let you choose your own method. There is no reason a $160 order should require almost $300 for shipping within the same country. Why would I want to pay $300 shipping for a bunch of boxes filled with parts that I have to put together myself. The least you guys could do is find a way to ship the items already built if you’re going to rip people off like this. From my experience the communication around shipping before you purchase is extremely poor and deceitful. Do yourself a favor and buy from any other company."
