"THIS PLACE IS GARBAGE STAY AWAY, I PURCHASED A MONITOR ARM AND FOUND OUT I DIDNT NEED IT . "Had a poor experience. I contacted them a few days ago about some used office furniture I was interested in that the website said they had in stock. I checked the website last night and again this morning and they claimed to have quite a few of what I wanted available. I drove over an hour to get to the showroom that I was told had what I wanted and when I got there was told “they are all already sold or on hold”. Drove back with nothing. Also, the pictures of the items they have on the website must be based on the very best ones they have as lots of the items on the floor were pretty beaten up. I won’t be going back and don’t recommend. Update: 2023-04-05. The president of the company reached out and was very reasonable and sincere in trying to make amends. Although I had already found what I was looking for elsewhere, this goes a long way with me and I am changing the rating to 3 stars. I will change this to ‘cautiously recommend’ with a caveat to double check that the item you see listed is actually in the stock, as it may not be."

"Just had new office chairs delivered to our business and the delivery guys could not have been more professional, courteous and efficient. They not only delivered the chairs, but assembled all of them, took all of their garbage and cleaned up nicely. They were done with about 20 chairs in about 2 hours and were so pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend this company for your office furniture. Thank you!"
