My spouse and I have been seeing him for over 5 years and if I could see him for everything that goes wrong with me, I would!!! Pay no attention to the negative reviews; apparently they were having a bad day! Dr. MOY is the BEST! And, his staff is exceptional!"

"What good is a pain management specialist that does hardly anything for pain? My wife is, or maybe was, a patient of this so called specialist. He gave her a couple of shots that lasted maybe 3 hours. After her last visit, he said he couldn't prescribe her anything stronger than tramadol for her knee pain. He told her to exercise her knee and take Tylenol, just like every other "doctor" from Missouri Delta. This entire hospital system is a joke. They like to say they don't want to prescribe anything strong because they don't want patients to get addicted. NEWS FLASH- not everyone wants strong medication just for the thrill. Some people genuinely need it because of their pain. I probably shouldn't say this, but I'm going to anyway: I sincerely hope that these doctors, practitioners, and physician assistants from Missouri Delta one day have to experience the debilitating pain that my wife has been going through. Maybe then you'll understand why people come to you for help. That means Dr. Moy as well."

"My wife took my mother there today who is in a wheelchair. For the first time, we went to the wrong building at first, it made her 16 minutes late. After 15 minutes they have to reschedule they said. We live over an hour away. They said that they were sorry and that was their policy. ONE MINUTE! past the grace period! Gas $3.59 a gallon. A complete wasted trip! Over one Minute! First impressions are everything! We will find someone else! Where has the compassion and understanding gone in this world! Very unhappy with how things were handled! And the nurses could care less. The excuse given was that it would take the time slot of another patient.... Okay so if I would have got there at 11:14 or 11:15 it would have been okay but since we there at 11:16 then it wasn't okay....ONE MINUTE!!!! PLUS IT'S POURING DOWN RAIN! DEALING WITH SOMEONE IN A WHEELCHAIR IN AND OUT OF A CAR IN AND OUT OF A TRUNK IT'S ALL VERY TIME CONSUMING! VERY UNSATISFIED!"
