"If I could give no stars I would. I never spoke to him about the insurance coverage and my premium was high. When my basement got water through the walls due to a water faucet being broken all I was told was that they would come to my house and take the water out and damaged walls down. I was supposed to get a 36$ check that I never got. I got left with walls, ceilings and my floor gone & $36 was supposed to cover it. Then i got another leak in my basement in a separate part of it and they said they wouldn’t cover it because I never fixed the first damage. Now I have two rooms, living room and a bathroom with water under the floor and walls. I changed my deductible after the first incident and I was also told they might cancel me since it’s the third time I’ve had a leak. Not like I’m damaging my own house on purpose."
