"Have a friend who lives there, furnace has not worked correctly since she moved in and has never been fixed, air conditioner unit quit working so they just stuck a window air conditioner in. So many other issues that need fixed though out the apartments that never have been fixed. Harrison loft you need to do 100% better for your tenants. Wish I could give you a O rating because I surely would."

"If i could give a Zero star rating I would. Horrible management and I noticed it's not an issue just here in Muscatine, but around the states with these apartments. We've submitted an application since July & was told in 2 weeks we could move in - nope. Management kept pushing back the move in date for the past 3 months & once we got the key AFTER 3 MONTHS we were told the unit was move in ready & was in perfect condition and cleaned - IT WAS NOT. Walls were stained horribly , carpets were stained. The table tops and restrooms were NOT cleaned and were gross & the cabinet in the restroom was broken. There was still items of the past renter left inside that unit. Luckily we ended the lease that same day and not move forward with this company. I have also heard from MANY other people that live there that their AC has been broken since Early April & they haven't even fixed their broken units. Don't even try emailing upper management with issues because they won't even help."

"Ever since our regional manager Tabitha brought our new manager Jessica on board things have started to turn around. Not only is she helpful and friendly, she is working hard to make changes for the better. I'm going into my third year at Harrison Lofts and have seen many positive changes including the security of our building. No matter what comes up, our management team is available and willing to assist."

"I have lived here since December of 2018. I was ready to move out earlier this year, as the office manager was a nightmare! But they have since hired a new manager and she is simply amazing! I'm able to go tocher with any issues, and she is quick to get them resolved! I'm officially happy at home again!"
