"Made an appointment for 11:30 to get an antipsychotic injection. The nice girl on the phone said to call if I needed to reschedule, as I also had an appointment elsewhere. I got out of my appointment a little behind, so I called. On hold for almost ten minutes. I hung up when I was parked, walked in with my medicine in hand expecting them to be busy. Not a single person was in the waiting room, and nobody was on the phone. I tried to explain my situation to the guy behind the desk. He stops me, and says, "We close for lunch in three minutes" with a terrible attitude toward me. Is closing for lunch at 12 why you couldn't answer the phone at 11:45? Very disappointed in the way I was treated. The guy behind the desk is very rude, and disrespectful. I had to drive to Christopher to get my medication administered. Christopher office is five stars, but I'd give this place a zero if I could."
