"I bought a house but the seller was sketchy. She said the water would be turned on for me for the the date of inspection, then later right before the meeting she said the water was not be turned on and made it look like I knew that. I bought the house anyway (water pipes were broken). But at the time I was told the taxes were $200 and could be split with Staved Rock Realty since I bought the house mid-year, but the actual taxes were $1200 and when I tried to get the company to work with me. They tried to tell me that I got a credit for the taxes with the house. But I didnt get the house for any cheaper. They just made it look like they gave me credit when they actually did not. If your going to buy a house from these. Use your eyes not your ears. Pretend your buying a used car."
