"The only reason that I am rating 1 star is because in order to make the post you have to. I have actually been attending Dr Isart's office since my oldest, which is 12 now, was a baby. In the past like year I have had the worst experience with this doctor. The MA's are rude as ever and they extremely over book these appointments. Not to mention I am an African American woman and so are my children and I definitely feel as if we get treated differently. Just the other day I walked in with my four kids and no one said anything to me until it was time to fill out some paperwork. Then there is this older Hispanic lady that comes in behind me who get a whole "Buenos Tardes" Now I know that I am not the most bilingual person in all of America, but that definitely sounds like Good Afternoon to me. Then every single time that i am scheduled for an appointment i make it my duty to get there at least 15-30 minutes early and still have to wait almost an hour to even get my children's vitals taken. I have found another PCP for my kids and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FERNANDO ISART'S CLINIC TO ANYONE, especially if you like being treated like a human being."

"This place lacks professionalism. The doctor is OK, he is in and out and doesn't really care to get into details much about your kids health issue. I felt like i had to keep asking all the questions and he wouldn't give me a straight answer to go with. The front desk girl is the worst! You walk in to sign in and she does not care to even acknowledge that someone is standing in front of her saying good morning. She does not smile what so ever unless she is laughing about some personal conversation that she has going on. Working in a pediatric office and being the first person that is seen once a patient walks in customer service should be top priority. She does not pay attention to what she is doing giving me another patients prescription without even making sure that was the correct person, of course she didn't if she didn't even bother to look at me when she pushed that to me. She acted like she couldn't even make me an appointment! The call center is OK, even though they scheduled me with the wrong doctor twice. Now the medical assistant with short hair is super great! I like her work ethic and is just great. I will not be returning here for continuing of care for my son. As i do not exactly advice for people not to come here I do advise to do better research depending on how much you care for your kids health care. If you do not mind rude staff who does not pay attention and minimal medical advise for your little one then this just might be the place."
