"Need to be better at getting back to parents that are awaiting results. Took my son for an X-ray on Wednesday 5/11/22 in the am was told I would get results that afternoon or the next morning, called after not hearing anything on Thursday 5/12/22 and was told the doctor was not in and will call me tomorrow , asked if the other doctor could read X-ray the receptionist was rude and said he was very busy and would not have time. Called today Friday 5/13/22 its 9:26 am to get results and was told the doctor will call you after her lunch break @1:30 pm . Needless to say I took action into my own hands went to an Urgent Care and was told on Thursday he has a fracture (could not wait on the any longer) .. but his pediatrician has yet to call me and tell me. I have now scheduled a visit to a pediatric orthopedic. I am very curious to see how long it takes them to call me back and give me results. Great for check-ups but not so much on other things."
