"Kaitlyn the receptionist is very friendly & prompt. However thats where my good experience ends as I had to call & ask a question about my upcoming appointment that was to be a 4 hour time slot. I spoke with Josh about my MRI results & if I should continue with this appointment or wait until after my consult with Ortho, since surgery was mentioned by my nurse. Josh became very irritated & started telling me that by me not being able to attend my appt was a huge inconvenience to them as they had to block off 4 hours just for me. Then proceeded to tell me not to bother coming back to them, to find somewhere else to go! Now all I did was ask if I should keep this appt due to my results of MRI! I was absolutely taken back by his rudeness. I have notified the VA about this & pray they don't send any other vets to this location. I apologized for being an "inconvenience" to them."
