"Reycom gym has multiple things going for it that creates a unique community and educational atmosphere. The age variety, gender balance, and fitness events. You will get to know your classmates the first day you come. In the past 3 months here I’ve met and trained with people pushing 50 or as young as 13. Each with various experience levels, goals and stories to share. There isn’t just guys duking it out everyday, there have been a good amount of women who come by to get combat experience as well. Beside just the classes, Coach Mike manages to keep things fresh with monthly fitness events as well. Im really grateful to attend this gym and to have met the people here. I’ve never been one to fight, but taking boxing classes helps me feel more secure if I did. Especially sparring during and after class who want to try some of the techniques in context."
