"Regal Live Oak offers a stunning art deco lobby and an impressive RPX screen, making it a top contender in San Antonio. However, the standard seating falls short. The narrow seats and lack of legroom felt cramped, especially for longer movies. While recliner options would be a welcome addition, even simple upgrades like wider cushions and better back support would significantly improve the comfort level."

"I had a disappointing experience at this theater. The place had a funky old smell, uncomfortable seats that squeaked, and overall outdated facilities. The concession prices were sky-high – $19 for a small popcorn and large drink, compared to $28 at another theater for more items(double to be exact one being a whole meal). I only ended up here because it wasn't sold out for the movie I wanted to see. Despite decent customer service, the combination of the strange odor, uncomfortable chairs, and seriously overpriced concessions makes it unlikely I'll be returning."

"It is very clean and the staff friendly. The seats are comfortable. There was a lengthy delay to the start of our movie due to technical difficulties. However each of us received a voucher to attend another day plus they provided free drinks, popcorn and candy to those of us that chose to stay until they could get the problems worked out. Then the movie started."

"Movie theater was big beautiful. We went in the early evening so it was just a few of us in the theater. They don't have recliner seat but was spacey for long legs. Bathroom was clean smell fresh. We had a wonderful evening, we will definitely visit again soon."

"The Movie started almost 20 minutes late, popcorn tasted old and nasty! I barely was able to eat it. The popcorn was a waste of money! One of the only good things good about this was the volume of the movie."
