"Zero Stars- Awful service. My ex husband called me this morning and asked for my kids (which are his kids as well) Doctor information to change his daughters PCP to ours. I'm a believer that we should stay if you have a good doctor, distance should not be a reason to change. BUT to my surprise when I asked why??? He said that his wife was told by the staff there at Northside Pediatrics Associates that Spanish speakers or that staff are no longer able to speak Spanish. Not even to assist the patients! He has been taking his daughter to this doctor since she was born and it was good over 3 years. Northside Pediatrics moved locations from the Woodlands to Conroe and all of the sudden you all don't allow your staff to speak Spanish to help translate or help your patients parents understand what the doctor is diagnosing the child with????"

"I've been taking my girls here since my 5 year old was just 3 days old getting her first check up fresh out of the hospital. Dr. Faweya is amazing and takes a kind personal approach, very friendly, professional, and my kids love him! He also listens to any concerns we have and really takes them seriously. The nurses especially the ones that have been there since day one are the best and make you feel welcome and at home, they're also amazing with my girls and take the fear out of getting immunizations. I will always recommend them. My 3 nieces go here as well, and have never had a bad experience. If you're searching for a good pediatrician that accepts Medicaid look no further! These pictures are from our most recent visit, he was showing them pictures they've saved since their very first appointments!"

"They missed pneumonia in my nephew after he had been there twice! The school kept calling my sister to get him because his oxygen levels were low. The third time she tried to bring him in, they said they have already treated him for “allergies”. Do not bring your children here!!"

"Found our new family pediatrician. Dr. Faweya is absolutely amazing! The front desk staff is wonderful and kind. The nurse that took us and checked vitals was so nice and kind as well. The Dr. was thorough, took the time to explain everything, made us feel welcomed, gave us the referrals we needed for our special needs toddler, his voice is calming, he’s gentle, I could go on. We love Northside Pediatrician’s office. Also for this specific visit, there was no waiting! Took us straight back."

"Today was my first time at this office due to my daughter being sick. I didn’t know what to expect since switching to a new provider. I will have to say that I was blow away by the amazing customer service provided by the front desk receptionists as well as other clinic staff that assisted my daughter in her time of need. She (my daughter) sees Dr. Faweya and he’s an absolute delight, and does not rush through the appointment. He asked questions and I felt like he truly cared for my daughter’s wellbeing! I’m truly greatly to have found an amazing pediatrician for my kids!"
