"This place is a complete joke. My kids had saved up to join this “team” (the kids decided this) the first meeting we ever attended, we weren’t aware that US PARENTS had to figure out where the team could practice and hold games. NOTHING was organized. Oh and then Covid hit, so there weren’t ANY games or practices. Just a “oh we don’t do refunds because we paid the places off” which is funny because everything shut down. Nothing was used. They stole $200 from my kids. After weeks of calling them with no answer, I emailed them. They thought it was cute to offer $15 for both of my children as “refund” or a “discount” for the next season. I just asked for a refund and never heard back from anyone. Don’t waste your money or time with this, unless you want to sign up to be a coach and figure everything out for them. My kids were sad that they spent their money on this and never got experience anything."
"Worst unorganized Academy ever invented. I can TRULY cosigned with the rest of the reviews on this Academy. Had my daughter in her 1st season. The very 1st game our coach was late so I wound up Coaching the 1st Session. Not even deserving of even 1 star. Got my kid in a REAL volleyball club."
"Organization is still unorganized! At the Parent Meeting that was allegedly mandatory started late. Mr. Williams asked people to look at the sign up sheets on the tables and said that the person holding the sign is the coach. Joke or not it quickly became clear this company has no real processes. Parents were over taking the meeting. We immediately asked for a refund and have yet to receive it since we decided to remove our child from participating. There was no real direction or guidance provided at the parent meeting. We mostly sad and listened to a unorganized and unprepared presenter for over a hour that started nearly 30 minutes late. If you want disorganized chaos and fundamentals taught by rude parents and associates this may be for you though. Mr. Williams also has stated he would call me back for many days and never has. A board meets to determine if you can even get a refund. I turned mine in almost a month ago."
"Don't waste your money or time. Mike is a joke, as a manager overseeing the league. Very unprofessional, never returns calls. SLACKER LEAGUE. We had to do our own coaching, organizing, since Mike was a total flake. Never communicated with the parents. Wow, just comes to show any loser can start a sports league. Parents beware!!!"
