"We switched to another doctor because our 12 month old nearly died from croup. We had been to the clinic when her cold symptoms began (a Thursday), had a follow up appointment scheduled for Monday, and over the weekend our baby became extremely ill very quickly. We took her to the ER. After a week in the PICU and days on a ventilator, we had a follow up appointment with Dr. Agrawala who told me "there are no perfect parents" and that "I should have called her on Saturday" (when the clinic is closed and phones aren't answered). I was disgusted, outraged, and further traumatized by her total lack of empathy and failure to see her role in our daughter's treatment. Also the clinic is perpetually dirty (snot on the walls, etc) and appointments run late."
