"10/26/23 — Dr. Fershtman sucked, you should never leave your pediatrician in tears. Treat people with respect. He treated us like we were not worth his time because of our decisions involving our baby. A degrading tone in fact. Told my vulnerable wife with a new born, a story about another baby that had a brain bleed because the mom didn’t listen to the Dr. The man is intelligent, he’s a Dr, how can you be so out of touch to tell a new mom a story about a new born having irreversible brain damage. Treated us like our concerns did not matter and didn’t want anything to do with what we thought. Wish I could give 0 stars. Thoroughly disappointed with our experience here. If you’re a new mom looking for a pediatrician, go somewhere else."
