"Amanda Nuyt has been working with us since we were in a car accident. She is an exceptional therapist with patience and shows understanding when working with older people. During our first visit she took the time to find out what our ailments were, took notes for future reference on each of us, so she could pin-point our problem areas and create the course of therapy each of our cases needed. We were impressed that she does one on one therapy sessions instead of hopping around to more patients and not giving full attention to each patient. At Athletico in Perryville we have had Amanda every session. She made each of our appointments so we did not have to worry who would be treating us that particular session. It has always been Amanda. As mentioned previously we are old with very little computer skills. Brooke, Amanda's secretary, showed exceptional patience towards us when filling out all paperwork. From here on out when either of us need future therapy our first and only choice will be Amanda Knight and Brooke at Athletico in Perryville."

"Wow! Amanda really knows her stuff. She can’t came highly recommended by a spa owner who swears by her & she did not disappoint! She was present with me during the consultation. She asks questions I hadn’t been asked and immediately found patterns leading to my issues. The way she explains the issue and simplifies the solution makes it easy to be compliant & make adjustments to my daily habits. Amanda made me feel more confident in my own ability to help heal my body and left me encouraged to do whats needed i.e. stretching, exercises, etc. Highly recommend! "I was so weak following a 6 month plus hospital stay. I sought therapy at Athletico in perryville. I am quite happy with my choice. Amanda and Jennifer have been amazing. Amanda worked with me to acess and come up with a personalized plan for my therapy. She has been so supportive. I am now walking without a cane and my endurance has increased dramatically. I am now able to do most of the things that I used to enjoy but have been unable to do. Jennifer has also been wonderful and handled all issues regarding my insurance. They also work hard keeping the place clean and sanitized. Despite the pandemic, I felt safe at athletico. I would recommend Athletico to anyone contemplating physical therapy."

"If you need therapy this is definitely the place to go. When you enter the building you are greeted by Jennifer. She is very friendly and helps you get all the information down that is needed. Amanda is the therapist and she is great. I had the free assessment done and she told me my weaknesses and gave me instructions on stretches and things to do at home to improve my strength and balance. Thank you so much Amanda I can tell I am getting stronger and my shoulder pain is gone. The next time I need therapy this is definitely where I will go. Can’t say enough good things about these two ladies.... they are awesome."
