"My experiences with Angela Wright have been very positive. She has excellent bedside manner and answers every question with care and attention. Follow up times are a bit long, but she is extensive and remembers her patients needs and is genuinely concerned for their well-being. Kalisha McLendon, on the dental side, is the exact opposite. She was immediately dismissive, compeltely unconcerned with my dental health, and offered little-to-no explanations for my questions and treated me like I was a nuisance for even asking them. She offered no advice on treatment and would not even explain simple things like what was causing me to feel pain. I will never book an appointment with her or cross trails dental again."
"The dentist at the Perryville location (Dec 2023) was wonderful. She was very understanding of my anxiety and was patient with me. I could see her being great with kids too. Because of my good experience today, I'm hoping my fear of dental work will be lessened in the future!"
"I have been going to this clinic for about 6-7 years now. It is a federal clinic and doctors and nurses do contract work there, so there are regular changes of both over time. For some time now I dont believe there has been a Doctor there, although I understand they are in the process of hiring one currently. I the meantime, I have been very well served by the staff and the Nurse Practitioner Angela Wright. I have cardiac, blood pressure and diabetes problems and other issues related to these. I have dealt with military doctors and other health professionals all over the world in many different specialties for a very long time. Unfortunately, this has given me a cynical view of the medical profession. There is a reason, however, that I do not change from this clinic. The reason is Angela Wright. Wright is a consummate professional and she should be the standard for the medical profession. Over the years and thru various serious med scares, I have always received excellent treatment, superb advice and the most dignified, sincere and kindest care I could hope to receive. I contrast this with the care I received recently at two hospitals (fully staffed). I cannot state specifics without some humiliating details, but many times I would have hesitated to even tell a doctor about certain issues. Wright's attitude, her kindness and respect has spread through the staff, who share her enthusiasm for her patients. The one thing that always bothered me the most about doctors was the universal habit of asking questions (while filling out forms) and ignoring your answers while asking more questions. I understand what theyre doing, but it doesnt instill confidence in a patient. Wright has never done this (she takes great care to speak clearly and a little louder knowing I have hearing issues as well). She looks at me and shows genuine interest. You just cant treat patients like cattle, folks. I know doctors are busy, but when it gets to the point that we all become numbers instead of people, things need to change. Thats why I'm pointing this woman out. People that do good work should be known and recognized. Its that simple. My very sincere thanks to the fine people who work at the Cross Trails Med Center in Perryville."
"0 stars!Worst doctors office I’ve ever been to! No real doctors only nurse practitioner Angela wright. She misdiagnosed my disabled son without consulting a real doctor sent him to the hospital for two days unnecessarily, told me he would die if I didn’t get him to the hospital immediately,(he had a kidney infection!)After we were released from the hospital I tried to make a telemedicine for the follow up but her nurse Bonnie refused saying that both doctors at pcmh lied to me,then Bonnie told Angela that I was being rude and abusive so they discharged my disabled son who is completely innocent in this! Cross trails Medical Center won’t do anything about it, I offered to send them both Conversations from my home security system but the aren’t interested in the truth.so if you have a choice please go somewhere else it could literally save your life"
