"Well maintained facility, locker rooms aren't bad but the sauna is only open when staff are there."
"Small, slightly crowded gym setup for tech schoolers. Plenty of machines, a cardio, and an aerobics room. Cardio has various treadmills, stair climbers, etc. Aerobics has two weight mats, two large ropes, dance studio style handrails and foot rails on two walls, a few weight benches, squat bar, curl bar, dumbells, kettlebells, and a few benches for targeted free weight exercises. Besides the crowded nature of the gym (necessity), my only other complaint is that their largest kettlebell is only 40lbs. Good news, though, there at least 3 of each weight of kettlebell. They range from 5lbs to 40."
"Mens bathroom has had puke on the floor for 3 weeks. Its disgusting and unprofessional. These men and women deserve a clean environment to better themselves."
"Nothing but gains here! If your an NCO, then this place made be a little crowded in the afternoon with the Tech schoolers. Go in the morning or go late in the evening."
"Small but everything you need to get a good workout. Most of the equipment is new or in good shape, weight area, cardio, and calisthenics areas available. Only thing is the hours of operation are a little narrow, the school I was going to afforded me the time to go but it's only open from about 7:00 to 4:00 in the afternoon."
