"This review is in response to Ana Cardozo-Yepez … I was in the office at the same time she was. Although things didn’t go how she wanted, the office staff handled it wonderfully. Especially the office manager on speaker phone from another location. As Ana proceeded to yell at her and criticize her and their policies she never once spoke rudely or lost her temper. I personally own businesses and sat there thinking I would love to hire whoever is on the phone because the way she was able to keep her composure throughout this “conversation” of being yelled at and interrupted was spectacular. Sometimes we don’t agree with policies but 1- she isn’t the one who made the policy 2- just because you don’t agree doesn’t give you the right to yell at and belittle someone. 3- there are policies for a reason. And if that is broken for one it has to be broken for all. Insurance companies are extremely difficult and a doctors offices can’t see everyone and get paid later or not get paid at all… a business can’t afford that. … I do agree with you on one part - Dr. Fowler is amazing. I have been with her for my children almost 10 years and never once have I been disappointed by her or any of her staff. 5 stars from my family!"
