"my experience so far has not been good the past couple of times we have visited for scheduled appointments. One example is i arrived 50 minutes before appointment and was told after waiting 1 hour that I would be seen next. Well that did not happen and when I walked up to receptionist she was so focused on her phone I had to pound the desk to grab her attention. Another receptionist than informed me that this location only does by appointment and seen another guest late for her appointment immediately. the professionalism displayed today was horrific."
"I have been going here since my baby was born and I have to say the front desk staff are really friendly and helpful the nurses are amazing they are helpful and they listen. And I have only seen dr green and O'Neal and let me say they do not disappoint they were so helpful and they are quick to help and recommend they truly care"
"Dr. O'Neill Is the best!!!!!! I drive 1 hr to keep my daughter with this amazing person. She always is showing care and making sure our questions as parents are answered. Just the best of the best in my opinion!"
"I hate to give a one-star review because my child's doctor is great and so is the staff, but there is one thing that has always bothered me. If you have an infant, they ask you to strip them down without a diaper and weigh them OUTSIDE IN THE HALLWAY. The hallway which so many people walk through. I hate the fact that my child is exposed to complete strangers. I'm not sure why they don't have a scale in the room, I really hope they invest in one soon. This has caused us to look for another doctor."
"Dr Stevens bedside manner with children is the best of any I have seen anywhere. The nurses and staff are equally friendly and competent. Children going here will not fear doctors and will grow up getting regular health care. Not a scary experience like when the 55 and older generation was going to doctors as children Returned today and the service was excellent"
