"They really need to train the rude lady who's sitting at front desk receiving calls that she can't act so rude and mean as to directly put the person on hold as soon as she picks up, without asking, without informing and that too indefinitely long. I can't imagine taking my child to a place where the staff is so mean."

"I hate when I have to write a bad review for a service because I know it will affect the business, but I can’t ignore things like this because it happened to my child and I don’t want it will happen to other children. Today I brought my child to see Dr Jamie Ngo since she had fever for the last few days. We walked in the office and wait for 10 minutes to get called in. A young skinny girl looks very mean and indifferent called us and let my girl get weighted then she told us to go to room 2 to wait for the doctor. I didn’t have any good feelings with this lady and hope that we did not have to see her again. After Dr Jamie checked my daughter’s throat, she wanted her to have Strep Test since it was a little red. Finally, the mean girl stepped in the room to perform the swab test on my daughter. She was very rough and rude. She put the swab stick in my child throat and aggressively turn it back and forth with all her might. It made my daughter scared and cried, because it was actually hurt. I tried to stop her and she showed me the attitude like I was trying to stop her from her work. I needed my kid get treated not get hurt. I told straight to her face that I didn’t want her to touch my daughter and asked someone else to perform the test instead . She thought I would ignore and let her have a right to hurt my child. My children got this kind of test many times before and they have never had any problems with other CNAs or LVNs. I am used to be a nurse and I know the test shouldn’t be that aggressive. The children are innocent and they tend to scare of doctors and needles, why you have to make them more scare and feel stressful each time they have to see doctors. We are living 35 minutes away from the Dr Jamie’s office and we have been coming there for the last 4 years because I like the Doctors , but today will be our last day there. I talked to Dr Jamie right after the incident and she told me she would talk to the lady about it. I love the Doctors but I really don’t like the staff and I don’t want to deal with them neither because we only see to the Doctors for 5 mins, but we have to deal with their staff entire time. Hopefully everyone should concern and speak up if you see things like that happen to your kids. If they think you don’t know things , they will intimidate you and your children."

"I come back to edit my review. I visited this clinic on Aug 2023. The doctor is OK, she is experienced, professional and friendly, able to diagnose my kid problem quick and accurately. The nurse and front desk is bad, poor quality; the nurse didn't smile not welcoming, she is somehow rude to kids; the receptionists are lossy, dressing messy inappropriately. Their lobby is small. If you are looking for good services as received from top-ranked hospitals/clinics, it is not here. People working there seems not taking their job seriously and Not professional trained. The clinic might be OK for some since it opens on Saturday; during my visit I saw many kids are from Vietnamese American family, they may feel it's a OK place for them."

"Professional Clinic. Both doctors are very nice with professional knowledgeable. Dr. Dang has been a great way of handling our kids, there’s never a long wait time. The front desk (Kelly) is professional, very kind, she is always cooperative and proactive, she did her best to try get us in the same day if your child is sick or whenever required. The back office nurses are so nice as well and good with children, I strongly recommend them as a professional paediatric for kids. Thank you so much for your amazing hospitality and medical services."

"Found this office through our insurance provider since we were new to the area. I have to say that I have been pleased with them all around. We have never had a long wait in the office and the doctor and nurses take good care of you. The doctor takes her time to explain things and you don’t feel rushed at all. I have had to do a couple of walk ins because of emergencies and they have been able to accommodate us from the start with a bit of a wait. I would recommend this office for your kids."
