Having a child with complex medical needs, I’ve had my fair share of experiences with medical professionals and it’s such a breath of fresh air coming to see Dr. Silvey and her team. She makes me feel heard, and ensures I have a clear understanding of the plan of treatment. She also ensures that my two youngest have just as much attention as my oldest. "I took all three of my kiddos to see Dr. Silvey and I cannot begin to explain how amazing my overall experience was. Her nurse Jovanna was the sweetest and most patient person I've ever met in my life and was great at making the doctors office a little less scary for my kids. When Dr. Silvey came in, she immediately made me feel heard and answered every single question i had without making me feel rushed. She assessed my kids individually instead of assuming they all had the same illness and thank goodness for that because my baby ended up being positive for rsv. Dr Silvey was able to calm my anxiety and tell me what to watch for. She also was a quick phone call away when we had a scare in the middle of the night and was unsure if we needed to go to the ER. Oh how amazing it would be if all pediatricians were like Dr. Silvey. I definitely found a permanent pediatrician for my kids."
