"When you are wanting to adopt a pet, this is the best place to go to. They don’t charge you with a pet fee or whatsoever. Please visit the animals and maybe you want to adopt one."
"Not a good place for your dog be careful people no one could answer any question about my dog he was not treated for his injuries and was not fed and lost 14 lbs in 10 days. a person that was there was very sad when he was told his dog hes had for 11 years was given up for adoption in less than 24hrs being ther"
"I literally found a kitten in the road near work, i tried to grab it and it went into the parking lot and got in a tire well. Got it out of the tire well and tried to drive it right down the street (literally 500 yards) and they told me they dont do walk ins. Then told me to take it back and call for a pick up. So i did that and they have yet to show up and now they wont answer their phone."
"Not impressed with this facility. First, they have terrible hours and if you go there the "escort" that walks you through the kennels doesn't give you a chance to pause and look. In my case he seemed to be in a hurry (I forgot my roller skates). Why would anyone adopt an animal that they can't interact with? Also, some of the kennel fence gates have covers on them (probably for shade), but the observer can't see into the cage ..maybe through a small opening if you're lucky. Lastly, the office staff I encountered looked unhappy and didn't even say hello upon eye contact....which actually detracts from the thought of adopting there. Typical Laredo vibe. The poor animals need better ambassadors and the place needs much improvement in the customer service area. I will never return. I'd rather find my own street dog or buy from a puppy mill."
"They took my Labrador that had a collar that looked healthy and had a home. But they continue to leave these dogs that have bitten my tires every time I pass by. I can’t even walk thru this road without being chased or barked at. Bruni and Lee Ave La ladrillera. Do your job and remove them 7 dogs in TOTAL ALL ON THAT SPOT"
