"The receptionist is extremely rude and not a good representation of this business. She was extremely dismissive of my concern for my uncle’s policy. She advised that Indira was out of office and when I tried to give her information to pull up the policy she yelled at me. This was the worst experience I have ever had with an insurance agency and she’s not even the agent. I am currently helping my uncle find new h/o insurance due to this and it’s sad because Indira is extremely warm and welcoming!"

"I’ve been with this agent for a while. Never had to call nor go into the office. I recently went with the MileWise policy, eventually deciding it wasn’t for me. I was told I could take the device into any agents office so I decided on mine. BIG MISTAKE! Ms. Bhushan wasn’t in but whomever sits at the 2nd desk to the right has no business working in customer service.
