"Greatest emergency care team in St. Louis! I unfortunately had to come here for a nasty stomach infection and the staff were friendly, sympathetic, timely and knowledgeable. The nurses and doctor worked to ensure I was comfortable my entire stay. I was discharged but landed myself back here and due to a broken foot. Again, the staff treated me with compassion, responded rapidly and got me in and out in a few hours. This emergency room works tirelessly and it shows!"
"Worst in America. The security are NAZIS. Always the wrong medicine. This place epitomizes the saying "two ways to give your life for ur country die in war or go to the VA""
"A grand group of professionals, they help make my life easier & more comfortable. From the front door to the back door,.....now a word to the never ending complainers.....the way you are treated....is a reflection of your own rotten personality. Regards"
"I have been seen in other VA systems, and this is by far the fastest, most efficient VA I have visited. So far I have seen my primary care, optometry, and radiology for a CT. Scheduling was fast and my appointments were smooth. I am going to be spoiled by these caring providers whenever I have to move again."
"Gastroenterologists seem confused on how the VA system works, also you keep seeing different staff and keep getting a different plan on treatment, or recommendations, without any orders getting put into the system. The GI Lab nurses are helpful and caring. The Women’s Health mammogram/ultrasound needs to be improved, they need to hire more breast imaging specialized radiologists, I shouldn’t be asked totally inappropriate questions by male radiologists. I hope this new director will bring improvements to the STL VA system, but I’m not holding my breath."
