"The office and staff are very friendly and welcoming I can say but I haven’t had the best experience considering I have a condition that requires surgery yet they have been giving me the run around and stalling for almost a year. I went to another doctors office they gave me a referral for and they are already scheduling me to have surgery soon. I wish they would have been more helpful in my process considering I will most likely not be going to them anymore now but hopefully they’ll do better for the future patients."

"If you are pregnant or finding out you’re pregnant don’t go here. I’ve had E.R follow ups with my obgyn who is supposed to be my primary OB if complications occur with me. He’s always booked out and I have to see someone else or they don’t intentionally try to show any type of concern whatsoever with whatever is going on with you. The lady over the phone after she said she will send a note to the office to see if they can get me in earlier, hung up on me rudely after her thanked her. They don’t give you any tips on what you should do without willingly having to say anything they just treat you like any other number in my opinion. Hopefully nobody else has this experience but currently I’m going through this after I found out I might not have a living baby and might miscarry. I get there are a lot of other patients there but the ones that are having the most issues should be a priority and have more concern from not just the doctor but the staff also. I just feel like they don’t put enough care into what’s really going on with you. Highly recommend checking out the most recent bad reviews as well. Just gives you more insight on similar situations. Hopefully the staff and team gets better with caring more for their patients."

"I wish I could give zero stars but I'm not able to. The receptionist was the only nice staff member there. I and my fiancee had gone there to get a vaginal exam done and they had refused because I had a negative pregnancy test. I have been having symptoms of a pregnancy and I tried to tell them that but they pretty much dismissed me and also didn't seem to care that I have other health conditions that could be affected if I am indeed pregnant. Don't come here because they were very disrespectful."

"I will never come to the facility again. I waited 3 weeks for an appointment for my daughter who had cerebral palsy. I explained everything when I made the appointment. We get to the appointment today and the receptionist informed me she could not be seen as someone registered her as an existing patient and not a new patient. My daughter was already anxious and to reschedule was only going to but her through this again. Worst experience ever!"

"Heartland Women's Healthcare is a great facility. The only reason I rate it at 4 stars is for their longer-than-average wait time to be received and then to see the doctor. Other than that, their business is seamless. Easy check-in process, clean building and rooms, kind and helpful staff, and a great doctor. On my most recent visit, I encountered Candace, the medical assistant and Julie at the front desk. Both were so welcoming and friendly, while making sure to answer all of my questions. Dr. Anja Schifano is excellent at what she does- highly knowledgeable, professional, genuinely kind, and so personable."
