"This urgent care bills the appointments you make as emergency room visits under St. Clare hospital in Fenton. Getting swabbed for a virus alone yields you and your insurance being charged exorbitant amounts of money. Dishonest, sneaky and criminal are a few words that come to mind. Paying my bill now, but I’ll be sure to let every person I know to avoid this urgent care like the plague; and SSM in general. Oh and I called billing and asked to speak with a supervisor on I believe 2/22 or 2/23 and was told I’d receive a call within 72 hours. Today is 3/3 and no one has ever called."

"Scheduled an 12pm appointment. Arrived at 1145am to check in. About 1150 was taken to a room. About 15 mins later the RN comes in to do vitals and ask questions. Said she was going to get the NP and see what we needed to do.....no one ever came back into the room. Sat there for 40 mins with being there for almost an hour already......hardly no one was in the urgent care when I arrived....no one was in the waiting room when I arrived or left. I shouldn't have to wait that long for a scheduled visit to receive care. There was maybe 10 cars in the parking lot and most probably belonged to workers. I paid $100 for a waste of time and no answers. NEVER WILL RETURN NOR WILL MY FAMILY!"

"Took my son here who is 3 to get checked out after he fell and hit his head. We arrived at about 1:15 and I signed in at the kiosk because I couldn’t see anyone at the front desk. Waited a little bit and then got up to try to get some answers. Turns out receptionist was off to the side hiding eating her lunch. I asked her what the wait time was and explained why we were there. She proceeded to tell me (with zero empathy) everyone was at lunch and they would turn me away anyways because it’s a head injury. No compassion in helping people with urgent needs. Isn’t this an urgent care? Zero stars."

"Went there a couple times last year. Paid my urgent care insurance copay at the time of the visit. Was later sent a bill for an ER visit. This is not an ER in case you didn't notice. Had to contact my insurance so they would resolve it. So annoying"

"Don't go there unless you want to pay two co-pays.... I went to the Arnold SSM Urgent Care... paid my $35.00 co-pay. I was later billed another $25.00 co-pay for the nurse practitioner. I guess the $35.00 co-pay was just to sit in the waiting room... then you have to pay again to be treated."
