"The front office staff is horrible! They don't answer the phones and let them ring for 15 to 20 MINUTES. The last 3 times I tried to reach them I took screen shots so I can show to their Corporate office."

"I just recently switched from Dr. Anderson to Dr. Hsieh. I think Dr. Hsieh is the better doctor because when he listens to me he's nice and relaxed. Dr. Anderson, on the other hand comma he was always stressed out which can lead to making mistakes like violating HIPPA."

There’s a couple nice ladies that work here Jamie and Carol are my absolute favorites , but other than that customer service is terrible , everyone always seems like they have an attitude with you. They never answer the phone and they’re very unorganized. Everyone is here for a check nobody cares about the patients at all."
